The Dougherty Circuit Bar Association meets every other month at noon at various locations in Albany. Lunch is served and the cost of the lunch is included in the yearly dues. Each luncheon features a guest speaker, who shares on a topic relevant to attorneys. Additionally, various social and other events are planned during the year.
